Women's Bootcamp Classes

Lose weight! Burn fat! Build lean muscle mass! All the benefits of personal training in a group atmosphere and 1/4th of the price. This class is for women of all ages and fitness levels. Classes run for 4 weeks.

  • $15 per class
  • Morning classes are at 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
  • Evening classes are at 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM (M, W, Th)
  • 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days per week (weekdays only)

Locations: Squirrel Hill, Oakland & Shadyside area
What to bring: 3-5lb dumbbells, workout mat & water bottle.

Personal 1 on 1 Lifestyle Training

1 on 1 training specifically tailored to your needs. For those that desire more attention and comfort, 1 on 1 personal training gives you the personal instruction, tools and knowledge to work out independently.

  • 1 session = $75 
  • 10 sessions = $650
  • 20 sessions = $1200

Personal Couples (2 people) Lifestyle Training

Save money, learn together and then practice and continue to train at home or anywhere to keep the momentum going. Working out with a partner will always get you better results because they can push you when you’re trying to slack and help ensure your safety through repetitions that you might not achieve on your own.

  • 1 session = $40 – $45 per person (min 4 sessions)
  • 10 sessions = $350 – $400 per person

Personal Threesome Lifestyle Training

Want to save even more money? Bring two friends and experience the same advantages of having a support system of friends that can push you on your off days.

  • 1 session = $30 – $35 per person (min 4 sessions)
  • 10 sessions = $250 – $300 per person
