Brian Fabian
Brian has gained vast experience in the Strength Conditioning/Sports Performance and Health/Fitness fields. He has also enjoyed a successful career as a Professional athlete, as well. Brian received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from Slippery Rock University.
Upon completion of his degree, he worked as an intern at the University of Pittsburgh as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. After completing his internship Brian was asked to remain on staff as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Varsity Sports. In that position, he was responsible for the design and implementation of all aspects of performance training for the Women’s Tennis and Soccer Teams. This included plyometric training, speed and agility, strength development, balance and flexibility. He also worked under the guidance of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Gary Wateska in the design and implementation of the workouts for all 18 varsity sports including the Men’s and Women’s
Basketball teams.
Brian also worked as an intern for the Pittsburgh Steelers Football Organization. As an intern he worked under the tutelage of Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Chet Fuhrman. In his role as intern, he was responsible for overseeing the daily strength and conditioning workouts of all the players including strength development, flexibility, and position specific conditioning and skills workouts.
Brian was a Performance Coach for Velocity Sports Performance in Gibsonia, PA. During his time there, he utilized the integrated training program designed by legendary speed coach Loren Seagrave. At Velocity, Brian was responsible for the athletic development of athletes ranging in age from 8-18 in all sports. The program utilized a progressive approach focusing on an athlete’s core and neuromuscular
conditioning for strength and explosive power development integrating balance, flexibility and joint stability and coordination exercises. Each individual athlete’s movement mechanics emphasizing starts and acceleration, transition phase to max velocity, and multi-directional movement skills were addressed. These programs also included plyometrics, ladder drills and resistance training to increase
neural intervention and improve movement mechanics.
In addition, Brian also worked at Fitness Innovations Personal Training Studio in Mt. Lebanon, Pa as a Personal Trainer. There he was responsible for designing and overseeing the workout programs for a variety of clients ranging in age from 10 to 80+ years of age. As a trainer he also provided basic nutrition advise to his clients.
During much of his post- high school period, Brian enjoyed a successful career as a Professional Wrestler. While wrestling, he won several regional and national titles and was rated as one of the top 500 wrestlers in the world by Pro Wrestling Illustrated Magazine on 5 separate occasions. During his 15+ year career as a wrestler, he has wrestled for such high profile as the WWE, the Philadelphia based
ECW. While competing for the NWA(now TNA Wrestling) he was a Two-Time NWAWorld Heavyweight Champion and one of the top rated singles and tag team wrestlers. There he was also a multiple time Tag Team Champion as one of the most recognized tag teams, The Wrong Crowd.
Eva Piatrova
Eva attended the A.S. Pushkin University of Brest, Belarus
Department of Physical Education. She studied
Exercise Physiology.
Eva started her fitness career as a sprinter. Her athletic training has provided her with a knowledge of a variety of workout styles like, body resistance, weight-, core-, and endurance-training. She is also a kickboxing instructor. This diversity of exercise techniques allows Eva to personalize each workout session to the client’s fitness level and personal health goals. She has trained over 100 clients whose fitness level ranged from the beginner to advanced. Each workout session is different and designed to challenge your muscles, without breaking your spirit.
In addition to Eva’s athletic experience, she is also an accomplished dancer, specifically hip-hop. She has taught many aerobic classes and has incorporated her dance knowledge into her training style.

She then became a Strength Coach at Strength, Fitness, and Speed in Pleasant Hills, PA. There she worked with athletes ranging in age from 8-62 in all sports. The focus there was on athletic development, core training, speed, agility, vertical jump, injuryprevention, balance, plyometrics, etc. with the use of resistance bands, balance boards, verti-max, plyo boxes, and agility ladders. She then received her degree in Sports Management from California University of PA and then went on to her current position, working for the past three years as a personal trainer, training large groups of women on a daily basis. There she works with women who are in great shape to women who haven’t exercised in years. She designs, implements, and oversees workouts for the groups of women. As a trainer, she provides basic nutrition to her clients.
